Musical "Matilda" Looking for Child Dancers
Seeking singers, actors, dancers, and acrobats ages 8-18 years old for "Matilda" Musical. Please refer to the details below. Additional info: Be prepared to sing and dance. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes you can move in. Bring a headshot and resume, if you have one. Directors will have an accompanist available. If you are singing a song of your own choice, bring sheet music. Some auditioners will be asked to read sides. Be prepared to stay the whole time for the auditions. Rehearsal commitment: Three days/nights per week TBD. Performances run July 11th-28th. Thursdays through Saturdays at 7:30 pm and Sundays at 2 pm. If interested, please apply.

Vocal Range: Top D5, Bottom A3 Be prepared to sing “Naughty” Matilda is clever and wise beyond her years. She has a thirst for learning and is serious and intense with and instinctive acting ability.
Matilda’s Classmate. Strong Vocal Range: Top E5, Bottom C4 Be prepared to sing “When I Grow Up” or other.
Matilda’s good friend. Be prepared to sing, “Naughty” or other.
Boys & Girls Vocal Audition: “When I Grow Up” or other. Girls Vocal Audition: “Naughty” or other.
Matilda’s older brother. Not very bright. Needs good comedic deadpan ability. Can possibly be part of the ensemble.
