Kid Actors Needed for "Fences" Play Audition

Audition opportunity for child actors for the play "Fences." Please refer to the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Rate: SPT $725 weekly minimum (SPT 8) Additional info: Mandatory Dance Call at 5:10 pm. (same day as audition: April 27, 2024 & April 28, 2024) Callbacks at 5:45 pm. (same day as audition: April 27, 2024 & April 28, 2024) Pursuant to the terms of a concession made to this employer's agreement, the employer has agreed that any Equity member who attends this audition will have an opportunity to be seen. An Equity Monitor will not be provided. The producer will run all aspects of this audition. Equity contracts prohibit discrimination. PREPARATION Please prepare EITHER, two contrasting monologues - each one no longer than two minutes, OR 32 bars of music (in the correct key) and one monologue not exceeding two minutes. An accompanist will be provided. Also, please provide five copies of your headshot and resume stapled back to back. Directors advise actors to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled audition just in case they are running ahead of schedule.
