Singing Opportunities for Kids in "Freak Friday-A New Musical"

"Freak Friday - A New Musical" is looking for actors ages 6 and above to participate. Please see the details below. About the project: When an overworked mother and her teenage daughter magically swap bodies, they have just one day to put things right again. Freaky Friday, a new musical based on the celebrated novel by Mary Rodgers and the hit Disney films, is a heartfelt, comedic, and unexpectedly emotional update on an American classic. By spending a day in each other's shoes, Katherine and Ellie come to appreciate one another's struggles, learn self-acceptance, and realize the immeasurable love and mutual respect that bond a mother and daughter. Additional info: Auditionees should plan on staying for the entirety of the audition or until dismissed by the director. Please prepare one of the cuts provided from songs from the show that best shows off your vocal ability. Do not worry about singing a song specifically for a character. You can pick any song, even regardless of gender. Sheet music and piano tracks, both melody and backing, will be provided for each cut. See the attachment for the material.
