Searching for child performers for the "Fun Home" Musical. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Fun Home is the Tony Award-winning musical adapted from lesbian cartoonist Alison Bechdel’s groundbreaking graphic autobiography. Moving between past and present, a now-grown Alison reflects on her past, she struggles to make sense of her relationship with her father, while also reliving memories of her own coming of age, self-discovery, and self-acceptance as she learns to embrace her identity in a way her father could not. Rate: All actors will receive a stipend between $500 & $1,000. Additional info: Rehearsals for Fun Home will take place weekday evenings/weekend days in Wilmington, DE, with tech week beginning 2/29, and performances March 8-17th. Show dates: March 8-17, 2024.
