Teenegers in VA Needed for Upcoming Events

Part-time character entertainers aged 17 and above are wanted for upcoming events. See details below. ONLY DC, MD, AND LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Rate: Performers receive competitive pay and may also receive tips. Additional info: Most of the events are on weekends or in the evenings, so directors highly encourage weekend availability, but they are flexible with your schedule! The Character Performers receive the company's exclusive training to learn character mannerisms, voice, and movement. Directors provide everything you need to make magic, including costumes, wigs, shoes, accessories, supplies, & even makeup and undergarments. Character appearances at parties typically run anywhere from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours; event appearances may vary. REQUIREMENTS: -Acting/theatre experience required -Vocal proficiency required -Improv/Dance/Movement experience a plus -No visible tattoos or piercings (if any piercings other than ears, they must be removable) -Likeness to fairytale character(s) - the costumes are adjustable in sizing & fit sizes 0-10 -Experience & enjoyment working with kids -Weekend availability -Reliable transportation -Clean criminal background -A desire to make MAGIC!
