Newborns Models for Newborn Care Specialist Training

A Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) must achieve a threshold of hours-worked providing NCS services to babies & families for national credential. Seeking newborns/infants who'd be offered 4 hours of NCS-level care & family support in exchange for compensation & agreement to serve as professional reference/verifier of hours completed for credential requirement. Parent(s) would be present with baby the entire time, as offering support to families in newborn care, answering questions, & demonstrating best-practices is the purpose of a NCS. If parent(s) prefer to use the opportunity to rest, shower, clean, etc., that would be OK too because an NCS also provides respite care. On top of compensation, babies can list this project in their professional portfolio and will gain a glowing reference to use for future jobs. Work would take place in family home or neutral, private setting if desired. Seeking families willing to begin soon. Full credentialing to be completed by the end of 2023.
