Musical "Newsies Jr." Needs Boys & Girls

Summer musical "Newsies Jr." is looking for kids ages 6-18 years old. Please see the details below. About the project: When powerful newspaper publishers raise prices at the newsboys’ expense, the charismatic Jack Kelly rallies newsies from across the city to strike against the unfair conditions. Together, the newsies learn that they are stronger and united and create a movement to fight for what’s right. Additional info: Please prepare at least a minute of a musical theatre-style song, preferably not from the original musical. All auditions will be acapella. Any readings or dance requests will be held at callbacks if necessary.
