"The Sound of Music" Musical Needed Boys & Girls
"The Sound of Music" musical is in need of boys and girls. For more information, see below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Rate: Unpaid. Additional info: Non-Union. AUDITION DATES Saturday, March 25th, 1:00-4:00 pm & Sunday, March 26th, 6:00-9:00 pm REHEARSAL SCHEDULE Sundays: 2:00-6:00 pm; Tuesdays: 7:00-10:00 pm; Thursdays: 7:00-10:00 pm; 1st rehearsal: May 7th. Tech: Sun July 9th, 12:00-8:00 pm, July 10-12th 6:30-10:30 pm. *Not all cast will be called for every rehearsal. PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE: July 14th- August 6th. Shows are Fridays & Saturdays at 7:30 and Sundays at 2:30. The call time is 1 hour before the curtain. Please bring any and all conflicts to the auditions. You must be available for all shows and all of the tech week to audition. AUDITION MATERIALS: Please bring a headshot & resume and prepare one of the following provided tracks for the corresponding role you are auditioning for. Directors will provide the same track at your audition; no need to bring a track or sheet music. Cold readings from the script may also be provided at the audition.
