Seeking Kids for "Matilda" The Musical

Looking for boys and girls ages 6-15 for "Matilda" The Musical. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Matilda is a little girl with astonishing wit, intelligence and psychokinetic powers. She's unloved by her cruel parents but impresses her schoolteacher, the highly loveable Miss Honey. Over the course of her first term at school, Matilda and Miss Honey have a profound effect on each other's lives, as Miss Honey begins not only to recognize but also to appreciate Matilda's extraordinary personality. Matilda's school life isn't completely smooth sailing, however – the school's mean headmistress, Miss Trunchbull, hates children and just loves thinking up new punishments for those who don't abide by her rules. But Matilda has courage and cleverness in equal amounts, and could be the school pupils' saving grace! Additional info: Callbacks for specific roles will be by invitation only on December 17 between 1-4 PM. Children asked to attend a callback should be prepared to dance. Kids Workshop Intensives 1/7, 1/14, 1/21, 1/28, 2/4, 2/11 1-3PM. Full company rehearsals 2/14/23-3/2/23 Tuesday-Thursdays 6:30-9:30 PM (Kids released at 9), Saturdays and Sundays 1:00-9:00 PM. (Kids will be released at 8:30 PM). Tech Week 3/4-3/9: Saturday/Sunday 1-9 PM, Monday Off, Tuesday-Thursday rehearsals 6-10 PM (Kids should be released by 9:30).
