Scott Rowland, a known conspiracist is found dead and detective Colson and his partner are on the case to help solve his and other mysterious murders occurring around the city. Happening at the same time, A Encoded link gets sent out to everyone involving a cult group related to the dark web. “Someone” decides to turn it into a twisted game of their own if people click on it. It's up to Andrew, Sarah, and their friends to get to the bottom of this as they and the police try to uncover what they just got themselves into. Some unwanted guests however have plans of their own for the city, and their game has no rules…….
