We understand the entertainment industry may not be for everyone and therefore we provide all new subscribers with a 10 days right to cancel the subscription for a full refund.
How to get a refund for your subscription on KidsCasting.com?
To request a refund please email / mail a refund request which states that you, the buyer, are cancelling this agreement and would like a refund, or words of similar effect. This notice shall be sent to: billing@kidscasting.com or KidsCasting, KidsCasting 501 Silverside Rd, Suite 306 Wilmington, DE 19809.
The request must contain the following:
- A statement that you, the buyer, are cancelling this agreement and would like to request a refund.
- Your KidsCasting username and email address (otherwise your refund may be processed longer).
How long does it take to get a refund for a subscription on KidsCasting.com?
Refunds are usually processed and visible on your bank account within 1-2 working days.
