Identical Twins Needed for 'Because of the Sun' Short Film

"à cause du soleil" ("Because of the Sun") is an original 10min script, set as a proof of concept for a feature film. (both AFI alumni), this film will be shot on KODAK 16mm film. Logline: Amidst the timeless Sahara desert, two 7-year-old identical twins navigate a perilous journey in search of a new home. Bound by strict rules that demand immense emotional restraint, their survival is jeopardized when one twin shatters the emotional restraint guidelines, unraveling the very fabric of their quest and unleashing a lethal threat from within. The crew consists of industry professionals and the film will be sent to multiple international festivals upon completion. Any profit gained will be paid to cast (first), above the line crew (second). This dual role is a fantastic opportunity for dramatic actors and an opportunity to film with artists.
