About the project: Jade, a dedicated young cheerleader, has spent most of her life chasing perfection from the mat to the mirror. Pushed by harsh coaches, distant teammates, and a well-meaning but demanding mother, she begins to lose herself under the weight of expectation. As she struggles with burnout, body image, and the constant fear of not being enough, Jade finds small anchors in her friends' support and her own quiet resilience. The story follows her breaking point and the slow, painful realization that her worth isn't measured by medals or routines. Years later, now a coach herself, Jade chooses to lead differently, nurturing rather than tearing down, and determined to end the cycle that once nearly broke her.
