Auditions for "Footloose" Seeks Teen Voys and Girls

Auditions for "Footloose". All teen actors must be between 13 and 18 years old. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additionla info: Please prepare 1 song selection that is a contemporary musical theater, preferably in the style of the show (1980s to now). This should have a pop sound with an emphasis on storytelling. This should be 1 minute to 1 minute and 30 seconds in length (think verse and chorus). Please also prepare a 1 to 2-minute monologue that is contemporary and from a published play. Do not bring in a self-written monologue. Both the monologue and the song should be fully memorized. With appropriate sheet music (marked with your starting and stopping notes). There will be an accompanist provided for auditions and callbacks. Please note that the fee applies.
