ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. An Original Family Stage Production in PEI "The Home Ahead" is looking for boys and girls ages 15+. Please, see the details below. ABOUT THE PLAY: "The Home Ahead" follows Cubby-Bear, a young polar bear separated from his mother when their icy home collapses. Lost in an unfamiliar forest, Cubby must face fear, loss, and rejection — while learning what it truly means to be brave, to belong, and to protect others even when it costs him safety. This is a family-friendly production intended for audiences of all ages. Rate: This is a non-profit production. Directors aim to provide a modest honorarium for performers. Additional information: LOCATION: Charlottetown. Auditions will consist of cold readings from selected scenes. Sides will be provided at the audition. Callbacks will be held in person. All final casting decisions will be made through in-person callbacks. Performances are planned for the final week of June 2026.
