About the project: Just after midnight, a snowdrift stops the Orient Express in its tracks. The luxurious train is surprisingly full for the time of the year, but by the morning, it is one passenger fewer. An American tycoon lies dead in his compartment, stabbed eight times, his door locked from the inside. Isolated and with a killer in their midst, the passengers rely on detective Hercule Poirot to identify the murderer – in case he or she decides to strike again. Additional info: The audition process will consist of monologue/scene presentation, character exercises, and movement work. There will be NO readings from the script, although some brief reading may be done. Monologue: Please prepare a short (max 2 minutes) contemporary comedic monologue or scene (max 2 actors) for the audition. Attire: A digital photo will be taken at auditions for casting and promotional purposes. Please avoid wearing shirts with wording, logos, or bold graphics. Do not arrive in costume or character.
