Complete with classic radio sound effects and vintage flair, this performance celebrates local history, entrepreneurship, and the power of community tradition—one sweet story at a time. A live radio play is a performance that feels like an old-fashioned radio show brought to life on stage. Instead of relying on sets or costumes, the story is told through the actors’ voices, live sound effects, and music—all performed in front of the audience. Actors read from scripts, so there’s no need to memorize lines or do much physical acting. The focus is on using your voice, timing, and creativity to make the audience “hear” the story come alive. Additional info: Performance Dates: February 6th-7th & 12th-13th, 2026 No prior preparation needed, auditionees will participate in theatre exercises and cold-read from the script. Be ready to begin at 6 pm sharp and stay until released by the director. No prior theatre experience required. If you are interested please apply.
