About the projects: "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe" Four adventurous siblings—Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy Pevensie—step through a wardrobe door and into the land of Narnia, a land frozen in eternal winter and enslaved by the power of the White Witch. But when almost all hope is lost, the return of the Great Lion, Aslan, signals a great change... and a great sacrifice. "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever" The Herdmans are the worst kids in the history of the world. They lie, steal, swear, and smoke cigars. So no one is prepared when this outlaw family invades the church one Sunday and decides to take over the annual Christmas pageant. Additional info: This Season's Shows: "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe" Shows: Sep. 19, 20, 25, 26, 27. "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever" Shows: Nov. 21, 22 & Dec. 4, 5, 6. All actors must perform a 1 - 2 minute monologue. This can be comedic or dramatic. If you are going to sing, please prepare a 16-32 bar cut of any musical style song. "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever" will also have singing. NOTE: There will not be an accompanist, so please bring your track on your phone to connect via AUX or Bluetooth. The eldest sibling. Peter steps into the role of leader and protector. He matures into a courageous warrior and is knighted by Aslan for his heroism
The second-oldest sibling. Susan is motherly and skeptical, often cautious to accept the magic of Narnia. Her logical mindset often contrasts with Lucy’s openness.
Initially selfish and easily tempted by the White Witch’s promises. His betrayal sets key events in motion, but his journey to redemption is one of the story’s central arcs.
The youngest Pevensie sibling. Lucy is the first to discover Narnia through the wardrobe. Her honesty and pure heart make her a natural friend to the creatures of Narnia and a key force in the battle against the Witch.
A lead role who the show’s narrator. Grace/Bob’s daughter. Beth needs a strong voice and stage presence; is in most scenes dealing with a range of moods and situations.
Beth’s brother - the typical kid brother.
Adolescent cool. The oldest Herdman; ragged, scroungy, slouching manner
Loud, bossy, tough, crafty. The Herdman leader.
Tough, very sure of himself.
Tough, combative. A crime buddy to Ollie.
Always looking for trouble. Claude’s usual partner in crime.
Small, wiry, feisty. Often funny; sometimes means it.
