Young Talent Wanted for "School of Rock"

Those Auditioning MUST BE 10 years of Age OR turning 10 by the end of the run of the Show (November 1st, 2025) . Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Rate: will be paid a $100 stipend. Additional info: Please prepare a VOCAL selection consisting of 16-32 measures (MAX) of music in the style of the show. IF auditioning for an INSTRUMENT playing part (Dewey, Select Kids Band Members, and the “No Vacancy” Adult Band Members) please prepare 16-32 measures (MAX) playing the instrument of your choice. *** All auditioning must do the Vocal portion of the audition. Any wanting to do the instrument audition can do so immediately following their vocal selection. If auditioning for a specific role/character, please be sure to prepare a vocal audition selection ALONG WITH an instrumental audition selection with that particular character's instrument. I.e., Dewey- Guitar…etc. No accompanist will be provided, BUT there will be a piano provided in the case you bring your own accompanist. A Bluetooth speaker will be provided for those using backing tracks. Please, NO A cappella auditions. CALLBACKS will be July 26th by INVITATION ONLY! Time TBD!
