There is an audition packet for you to use to prepare yourselves for these auditions. There is also a callback packet. If you’re super confident, go ahead and check out the callback packet! In the audition packet, you will find all the music cuts for auditions. Directors suggest that you print out a copy for yourself and practice a little beforehand.

Shrek – Lead guy, obviously. Needs to be able to sing…a lot. IF the accent is there, go for it but if it’s not, it’s not imperative to casting. Also needs to not be allergic to a latex cowl (a full head piece) and prosthetics.

Lead lady, obviously. Needs to be able to sing…a lot. We prefer is she can also tap or at least fake it enough to be believable. If you have the ability to turn green and grow ogre ears within seconds, please let us know.
