Girls Wanted for Short Film "Hadley's Home"

Actresses between the ages of 8 and 18 are invited to audition for Short Film "Hadley's Home". Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: "Hadley's Home" follows Emma, a 9-year-old girl whose big sister Hadley is returning home from the hospital after a suicide attempt. This slice-of-life film will investigate the nuances of a female family dynamic after an intense mental health experience. Additional info: Rehearsal and Production Dates/Locations: Rehearsals will be scheduled around actors. There will be an optional but encouraged workshop for those cast on Thursday, April 6th at 7 pm on Northwestern’s Chicago Campus. The set will take place Sunday, May 28th, and Monday 29th with a possible added date of Saturday, May 27th (Memorial Day weekend-no school/class on Monday) Callback Information: Actors receiving callbacks will be notified by the end of the day on Sunday, April 2nd. Callbacks will take place in the evening on Monday, April 3rd, and Tuesday, April 4th. Actors invited for a callback will schedule a 30-minute slot based on availability.
