Seeking Young Dancers/Singers for "Shrek the Musical" Play

The company is holding auditions for the 2023 Spring Musical "Shrek the Musical" and looking for dancers/actors/singers ages 6-18. Please see the details below About the project: Once upon a time, there was a little ogre named Shrek...." And thus begins the tale of an unlikely hero who finds himself on a life-changing journey alongside a wisecracking Donkey and a feisty princess who resists her rescue. Throw in a short-tempered bad guy, a cookie with an attitude, and over a dozen other fairy-tale misfits, and you've got the kind of mess that calls for a real hero. Luckily, there's one on hand... and his name is Shrek. Additional info: What to Prepare: Approximately 16-32 bars (roughly a verse and chorus) from any similar musical: Contemporary musical comedy. You can choose something by the same composer (Jeanine Tesori - Thoroughly Modern Millie) or anything in a similar style. Choose something in a good range for your voice. Your recorded songs may use backing tracks or bring sheet music - both are acceptable. Find tracks on YouTube, Spotify, iTunes, etc. Auditions will also consist of readings from the script (sides).
