"Fun Home" Musical is looking for kids ages 6-11 years old. Please see the details below. About the project: "Fun Home" is a Tony-winning musical by Lisa Kron and Jeanine Tesori based on Allison Bechtel's groundbreaking graphic memoir of the same name. A coming of age story told through the eyes of the author herself as she grapples with her childhood, sexuality, and the specter of her father. Fun Home is a refreshingly honest, wholly original musical about seeing your parents through grown-up eyes and being your most authentic self. Additional info: Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script along with singing a prepared 16 bars of a song that showcases your voice in the style of the show but please not from the show. Accompanists will be provided but pre-recorded tracks will be permitted. Headshots are encouraged but not required. Proof of vaccination is required to audition.
