Rate: The following options are payable only if used: - Photography Still: Take photography stills (there will be a photographer on set.) for use in all media. If used, performers will be paid a non-negotiable, one-time fee of $1,500 + 20% agent’s fee (includes $500.00 + 20% sitting fee, for a 1-year period of use, worldwide. Year 2: $2,000 +20% agent’s fee for worldwide use on all media. - May shoot b-roll footage for behind scenes....“making of” the commercial. If any performers are filmed for this purpose, directors intend to pay scale session fees under the Corporate/Educational/Non-Broadcast Contract, Category II, which payment covers Categories I & II, Internet and New Media use.
