Production of "Disney's Beauty and the Beast" Musical needs young talent ages 5-18. See the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: The classic story tells of Belle, a young woman in a provincial town, and the Beast, who is really a young prince trapped under the spell of an enchantress. If the Beast can learn to love and be loved, the curse will end and he will be transformed into his former self. But time is running out. If the Beast does not learn his lesson soon, he and his household will be doomed for all eternity. Additional info: Thursday, December 8th: Callbacks (by invitation only) Families will be asked to pay a fee per student that participates in the musical. The directors have decided to rent some of the costumes this year, so this fee will help with the cost of the costumes. It will also cover the cast t-shirt and trip to the Knight Theater in March.
